Though I have adequate training, I am always seeking opportunities to learn and improve my skills to provide you a service that is memorable, and special!

Training

It's my opinion that in any profession adequate training is paramount to operating safely and successfully.

In terms of Newborn Photography newborn babies are much more delicate than we tend to believe, it is vital to have the correct knowledge when handling newborn babies in a photography studio setting to prevent injury and discomfort.

I have invested in industry training via the world's leading industry experts and Academy's such as Kelly Brown's Online Training Membership, ANP Academy certifications, APNPI training, The Portrait Master Education by Sue Bryce and more.

These qualifications allow me to recognize risks, such as the little known dangers of posing babies for photography purposes, understanding medical emergencies for babies and parents, general work place safety and professionalism. As well as provide a professional high quality service to clients and their families.

Understanding Parents

Being a mother of two beautiful children myself, I understand children's and parent's needs.

We cater as much as possible to these needs in our studio, and we endeavor to provide what ever we can that parents and children may need whilst in session with us.

Starting as a photography business owner myself over four years ago, I understand the needs of each client, and what the expectations are with each photography session booked.

Experience

I specialize in event and portrait photography, I have an eye for capturing moments, and creating art while I photograph. It truly is a passion of mine.

I have over 6 years' experience in photography running my own photography business, it has been something that has always interested in and it's something I will continue to thrive doing.

My Journey with Little Twine Photography

I have worked as an assistant for Little Twine Photography for over a year photographing event's and assisting in selected family sessions. Bridgette and I met while I photographed and event she was attending.

Two years later I'm quite excited to be a part of her team. We work well together as we are also good friends outside of work, also sharing a passion for music together.

Being part of Bridgette's vision for Little Twine Photography is an exciting journey. I am exploring a new passion, meeting lovely families, and creating intimate, and very special memories.

Training

I have a nationally recognized Police Clearance and a first Aid Certificate.

I have been training in the studio with Bridgette learning about the safety obligations of being a newborn photography and studio assistant.

I have been employed for many years as a support worker so I have experience with children, and adults who have special needs.
